Choose neighbors, is a partly non for profit start up, for people who want to own a space and don't want to spend a life time working to pay off the mortgage in a place they can't move from and didn't really want to live in the first place, helping people have more fulfilling lives and activities, and to help a bit for the investors by selling additional property, by creating better housing, live, work, and projects environment to encourage people to migrate to.
Instead of finding a place to live with your friends, I want to make a place where, homes are available for friends to move into for everyone there,
There are always some homes free and some being used for other things can be made available , and people move to new homes when needed
People design their own community.
