Homes will be valued and sold based on that, when homes are swapped, only the home price difference is payable

Some homes will be made to be dividable if number of people can be reached, lesser value homes are made available to people who would like to have a payment plan and can not afford to pay for higher valued homes.
Profit from sale of homes will go back to investors and the purchase value will go back into buying or building new homes. If homes are not paid for they are resold to others.
If the business plan fails property is sold and money is returned to you, or you can keep the homes.

Homes are to be in the owners name, with Choose Neighbours also on the ownership papers,
So when homes are swapped there is no sales or purchase tax, just one or more of the owners' names changes.

Homes are made available near all people, are made free in places people are more likely to choose. As one group expands this will cause other groups to get shuffled to make room for as a person lives away from one group to another a space becomes vacant.

Yes, there are problems with moving too much, but it's a choice to choose to live near friends, if someone does not want that anymore (moving does not suit me) then I can buy a home outside normally.
