Are you interested in setting up an area where people can own rooms and homes, where people swap them depending on the choice of neighbours and budget.
If so, I would be interested, and would like to help.
I can contribute $52000+ towards it now and part of my future income, in a plan to get back twice as much from people who pay off their homes/rooms.
★ I would hope that rooms and homes can be available at affordable prices for anyone to pay off, such as 30÷ of their income. For ?20÷ profit for purchase or 100÷ for repayment, so homes can continue to be made available.
I am interested in helping build them on a commission basis.
Homes can be built in blocks with common areas for water, electricity, internet, and sewerage, where owners can use their free time to extend these services into their blocks, and install metres on them. Thus adding value and capital to the owner, which is good for low income people with lots of time, such as I have had.
★ Large space that can be divided, or cheap (?abandons) building/homes, in australia, united states, europe, russia, or somewhere like this, that people can divide for their own homes/rooms. I am ready to help pay / renovate it.
★ Caravan park, monastery, or hotel ?
★ I can help make the app and organise suggested activities for free!
